Identify and document hazards through rapid visual screening.
This module is based on a widely accepted rapid visual screening survey method. It allows users to quickly scan their locality, identify potential hazards, and capture high-resolution photographs of these hazards. Users can document the potential impact if the hazards are not addressed promptly and propose solutions to mitigate them. This module is also useful for conducting group exercises on Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability, and Capacity (HRVC).
Enter your facility name and location, then geotag it by clicking on the map. In the next section, record each hazard: add a short description, upload and capture a photo, and note the action to be taken under “Solution type.” Use the plus (+) icon on the right to add more hazards. Finally, fill in your details and save to export a PDF. This will give you a customized hazard report with clear, actionable points.
