This module was developed from the experience that people often struggle to understand their roles during emergencies. It helps in defining the roles and responsibilities of each individual within the department or the IRS, and the roles of departments within the organization during an emergency. The module creates job cards that serve as quick references for individuals and departments, ensuring everyone knows their duties.
Enter your facility name, then add the members of the IRS along with their designations. For each member, review the auto-filled roles and responsibilities and edit or rewrite them as needed. In the next section, do the same for departments: enter department details and adjust their roles and responsibilities. Once complete, click Save and then Export As to choose the desired format and download the job cards for IRS officials and departments.
